ORTV produces three monthly magazines. Each teaching magazine has a corresponding radio and/or television program. Monday through Saturday, in homes around the world, students open their magazines to a particular lesson and sit in front of their radio or TV to listen to an explanation of that day's topic.

Studio Classroom covers a variety of topics, such as current events, famous people, travel and culture. The teaching program takes place in a coffee shop setting where teachers interact in daily dramas relating to the day's lesson.

Advanced covers similar topics to Studio Classroom but with greater detail. Many of the articles deal with issues facing today's business leaders, and serve as a bridge to the world of international publications.

Let's Talk in English is an elementary teaching tool presenting the fundamentals of English conversation. The magazine, along with tests and exercises created by ORTV staff, are increasing in popularity among schools in Taiwan and China as more young people begin to learn English.
